1. IntroductionWelcome to Travel Route! By accessing and using our website, our services and our outdoor adventure experiences, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through our website or authorised agencies.

Full payment or a deposit (as indicated) is required to confirm your booking.

Payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal or other methods listed on our website.

Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed bookings are not affected.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the date of the adventure will be refunded in full.

For cancellations between 7 and 13 days before the date of the adventure will be refunded 50.

Cancellations within 7 days of the date of the adventure are non-refundable.

Travel Route reserves the right to cancel or postpone activities due to weather, safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Conditions for participation

Participants must be in good health and physically able to undertake outdoor activities.

Age or weight restrictions may apply to certain activities; details will be provided at the time of booking.

Participants must follow all safety instructions given by Travel Route guides and staff.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Assumption of risk and liability

Outdoor adventures involve risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, weather hazards and encounters with wild animals.

By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree not to hold Travel Route liable for any accidents, injuries or losses.

Participants must sign a waiver prior to participating in any adventure activity.

6. Code of Conduct

Respect for nature, other participants and local communities is mandatory.

Littering, vandalism or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in exclusion from the activity without refund.

Alcohol and drug consumption are strictly prohibited during the activities.

7. Intellectual property

All content, including text, images and videos on the Travel Route website are the property of Travel Route and may not be reproduced without permission.

Participants grant Travel Route the right to use photos or videos taken during the activities for promotional purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information for booking and communication purposes only.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent, unless this is required by law.

9. Changes to the conditions

Travel Route reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Continued use of our services following a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

10. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws.

All disputes shall be settled by arbitration or court proceedings.
